As long as your booking was made within the last 30 days and isn’t fully paid yet, we can take over by transferring your reservation to us. Your reservation details will remain unchanged, but you’ll gain access to all our amazing Complimentary Services at no additional cost.

Even if it’s been more than 30 days since you booked your Walt Disney World Vacation, or if you have already paid in full, we’re here to assist. Whether you booked directly through DVC, made a room-only reservation with us, or are staying with family, we aim to make your vacation the best one yet. We offer affordable planning fees for our Concierge Services to enhance your magical experience.
